A little about me as an educator ...

I am an innovative, collaborative and creative educator with nine years of experience across a range of grade levels from Second to Fifth.

 

Adept at designing and teaching project-based, interdisciplinary, hands-on and student-centered units of study, I also have direct experience with a variety of curricula, including Teachers College Reading Workshop, Fountas & Pinnell Benchmark assessments, TERC Investigations, Singapore Math, Beast Academy, Contexts for Learning Mathematics, Words Their Way, Sitton Spelling, Handwriting Without Tears and Responsive Classroom, among others.

 

An active participant in school life outside the classroom, I have served as an advisor to the yearbook, assisted with admissions and engaged in both academic and social committees.
